Anthony was appointed to North Bristol Trust in 1994 to develop the Endourology unit. The unit now has three consultants and two subspecialty fellows. From April 2008 to April 2014 he was the training programme director for Urology in the Severn and Peninsula schools and is currently a member of the Senior Accreditation Committee in Urology. His research interests include stone disease and catheter related problems.
